Association of Anglican Women

 AAW Sunday being observed on Sunday 30th May.   AAW members will have input into 8am and 10am services.   Rev. Dorothy Brooker (former AAW Chaplain) will be in presiding at both services.
 
June meeting – Thursday, June 3rd at 7.30pm in the Octagon.   Speaker will be Jane Alexander, Nutritionist, for a return visit following a successful evening last year where she gave a presentation on “Genetics Loads the Gun but Environment Pulls the Trigger – how to load the dice in your favour”.   There will be a sales table at the meeting to raise funds for an Overseas and Outreach project.   All are welcome (men and women) to this evening.
 
July meeting – Thursday, July 1st.   No meeting at All Saints’ Complex this month as members can attend the National Council of Women Dinner at Napier’s War Memorial Centre instead.   Speaker will be Kate de Goldi, author.   Tickets ($35.00) are available from Elizabeth or Jean.
 
August meeting – Thursday, August 5th.   Details to be advised.
